The Labre Society will pack relief bags for the homeless on
Saturday, December 15, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.
at When We Love: 1100 E Lancaster Ave, Fort Worth
All volunteers are welcome at this family-friendly event!
Originally founded in 1999 as a personal Christmas project by Anna Gaines who filled 20 bags with gloves and socks, the project has grown to more than 50 volunteers filling 500 adult and 40 children’s bags in December and 480 bags in the spring with items for homeless persons throughout the county.
The mission of the Labre Society is to provide items of basic living necessity to homeless individuals in
Tarrant County, Texas.
The Labre Society is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization.
